MILE ONE MISSION

We want to see Gospel-centred churches raised up from St. John's to Bonavista; Gander to Clarenville; Salmon Cove to Upper Middle Cove, from Port Aux Basques to St. Anthony and from GooseBay to Nain. As Jesus said 'go' (Matt 28:19-20) it is our conviction to be His witness (Acts 1:8), proclaim the Gospel (Luke 24:47), and see His Kingdom come.

Despite our Western heritage, Newfoundland's  capital city may be considered one of the least reached, and forgotten, areas of Canada. If we only focus on the city of St. John's, the reality is bleak at best of those who attend a local worship service every Sunday.

In a time when the preaching of the Gospel is without persecution or confrontation across many Western countries, how can it be that so few have heard in a capital city? For us, this isn't acceptable.

By the sovereignty and grace of God, we yearn to see more churches planted and the Gospel preached for Him, through Him, and by Him.
